Beautiful smooth skin, strong locks of hair, curvaceous body, and a stunning smile. She’s no size 4, but Queen Latifah is more attractive then a lot of the “skinny” women I know. You see her in the Jenny Craig commercials touting, “I’m a size healthier!” I want to be a size healthier too, but is that a goal? Is that measurable? Can I say, “I’ll be a size healthier by September 10th 2008?” Well, yes and no. You can be “healthier” and set goals to get there. You just need to plan it out. You need to define what “healthier” means to you. You need to set measurable and realistic goals that will take you there. Take baby steps. Here are some ways to help you achieve your health goals:
