1:1 Mini Coaching Session (Virtual)

This 30 minute coaching session is designed for a couple different scenarios:

#1. You aren’t sure you’re ready to commit to a full coaching session and want to test the waters out first. This call is the perfect sneak peek into what coaching can do for YOU!

In this call we will discuss:

• Your hopes with coaching and what your biggest concerns are

• What I can do for you in one on one coaching

• One exercise picked for you to start working on your goals today (whether or not you book further coaching)

#2. A quick follow up for a previous coaching client! If you’ve had coaching before and don’t feel the need for a full coaching package, this follow up call can be just what you need.

In this call we will discuss:

• How your goals are going and what questions and concerns you have

• Accountability: give me an honest update and work through what goals you aren’t reaching

• Goals moving forward

If you’ve purchased previous coaching before, this call can also be used for: affirmation workshops, power journaling methods, etc.
